Guidelines
Participants are expected to give a 25 minutes talk, followed by 5 minutes of discussion, about their thesis topic. It will be graded for content, presentation, and interaction with the audience. All slides (PDF and source code) used for the talk need to be turned in beforehand. Please take the chance of having your advisor review your slide set, at least one week before giving your talk.
The seminar thesis (PDF and source code) may be turned in up to one week after the talk. Please download and use the CCS thesis LaTeX template. The thesis will be graded for correctness, completeness, and conciseness of both text body and references given, as well as clarity and illustrations. Plagiarism (self or otherwise, however slightly) will result in a failing grade. A rough guideline for page count and number of references are twenty pages of text using ten references. However, the number of pages required for a concise yet complete treatment of all subject matter is highly dependent on your topic.
Evaluation
Many thanks for the critical and helpful evaluation!
