Inhalte |
Im Rahmen der Vorlesung werden fortgeschrittene Netztechnologien eingeführt und erläutert. Wesentliche Beachtung finden dabei IP-basierte Techniken, die es erlauben, Datenströme mit unterschiedlichen Dienstgüteanforderungen über ein und dieselbe Netzwerkinfrastruktur zu übertragen. Dabei werden sowohl Paradigmen für Unicast- als auch Multicast-Verbindungen vorgestellt. Als Stichworte seien die Differentiated Services und die Integrated Services Architektur, sowie Echtzeitkommunikation, MPLS und Dienstgüteeigenschaften genannt. Algorithmen zur optimalen Ausnutzung der gegebenen Ressourcen gerade im Umfeld multimedialer Datenvermittlung wie z.B. adaptive Verfahren werden diskutiert. Abgerundet wird die Vorlesung durch Einblicke in andere Netztechnologien wie ATM und die Betrachtung von Sicherheitsaspekten. | |||||||||
