Dr. Hossein Doroud

Short Bio

Hossein Doroud is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Data Communications and Networking Group (TKN) under the guidance of Prof. Falko Dressler at the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science of the Technische Universität Berlin, Germany.
His research focuses on Network Security and Intrusion Detection System.
Hossein Doroud received his Ph.D. and M.Sc. degrees in Computer Science from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Spain, in 2019 and his B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Islamic Azad University (Central Tehran Branch), Iran, in 2009.
In 2015, he was he was hosted by Antonio Pescapé at the Traffic in the Dipartimento di Ingegneria Elettrica e delle Tecnologie dell'Informazione of the Università di Napoli Federico II.
Besides, he collaborated with Narseo Vanilla-Rodríguez at IMDEA Network institute in 2017 as a visiting researcher.
